To which countries does JOHN VOSS COSMETICS ship orders?

We ship to Germany free of charge. We ship within the EU, to Switzerland and the UK.

Will my order be delivered in its entirety?

In order to help protect the environment, we always try to deliver all the products of an order in one shipment.

How are orders at JOHN VOSS COSMETICS packed?

The airless dispenser is in a modern outer carton. For environmental reasons we do not use additional Cellophane film around our products. The outer carton is affixed with a small seal and guarantees a brand-new unopened product. We then pack the outer boxes safely in a light package made of recycled cardboard.

Can I order a product giftwrapped?

Out of appreciation to our customers, all our products are presented very nicely, and it is a pleasure to open our lovingly packed products. JOHN VOSS products can be shipped directly to friends and relatives as gifts.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on which items you order, 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. An important clue is the delivery time display on our product pages. If a product is available and in stock, we expect a delivery time of 2 to 4 working days.

Which service provider takes care of the shipping?

For parcels within Germany we are shipping by DHL.

Is there a way to find out when the order will be delivered?

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. You can find an overview of shipping costs outside of Germany here:

EU: 14,90 €

UK: 29,90 €

Switzerland: 25,13 €

Is it possible to have the goods delivered to an alternative address?

Of course!
Note: If you are shipping to an address outside of Germany, we have to charge the applicable VAT to that country.

Are the goods insured during transport?

Yes, the goods are fully insured during shipping!
If you notice any visible damage to the outside of the package, please check immediately to see if goods have been damaged. You can also refuse to accept the goods and contact us for a replacement delivery.
