THE MOISTURIZER OF NATURE.
The hyaluronic acid molecule has a very special property: it can hold an extraordinary amount of water - just one gram of Hyaluron can store up to six litres of water. Its natural environment is the area between the cells; this is where hyaluronic acid serves, among other things, as a damper for the joints by keeping the tissue elastic.
We make use of its ability to provide intensive moisture to keep the skin full and firm. This fills-up wrinkles and refreshes dull skin. Regular use improves the moisture content of the skin; it is protected from drying out.
Long-chain hyaluronic acid is deposited as a thin, completely transparent film on the skin's surface where it stores moisture, for an immediately smoother and fresher complexion. Additionally, the cross-linked hyaluronic acids we use offer the advantage of superior stability compared to the enzymatic degradation of conventional long-chain hyaluronic acids. This supports the longer lasting moisturizing ability of the HyaCare® Filler used by JOHN VOSS. In parallel, the salts of the hyaluronic acid strengthen the skin barrier. The skin is thus protected against free radicals and the premature ageing triggered by them.
